POLICIES
Each cottage has a king-size bed and sleeps two adults. All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the front porch. Children 14 and over are welcome (count as one adult), infants (12-months and under) stay free. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Rates are subject to change during high demand periods.

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED WEEKENDS (FRI-SAT)
When booking a Friday night, Saturday night must also be booked.

You can qualify for a 10% Discount on our WEEKEND RATE
if you arrive in a HYBRID vehicle.

SUNDAY THRU THURSDAY
$109.00* per night
when booking two or more consecutive weeknights

HOLIDAYS and HOLIDAY LONG WEEKENDS
are $135.00* per night for two adults.

CANCELLATIONS of confirmed reservations are accepted up to seven (7) days before the arrival date. There will be a $25 administration fee for these cancellations.

After that you will be fully responsible for your confirmed reservation, unless we can re-book the cottage. If the cottage is re-booked you will be charged only the $25 administration fee.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover.

A credit card is required to hold the reservation.
Upon confirmation of your reservation,
credit cards are charged for one night's lodging as a deposit.

Check in: 3:00 p.m.
(If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m. please let us know in advance)
Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Full breakfast is served at the cottage around 8:30 a.m. and consists of entree, fruit, bread/cake and coffee/tea, etc., and orange juice.
